The Remote Master Plant Dieta Process
Master Plant Dietas are traditionally done in isolation, deep in the jungle, where you step away from all distractions and enter into a direct, uninterrupted sacred relationship with the plant under the guidance of a shaman. It is a path of simplicity, stillness, and full surrender.Â
In this container, we are working within a remote (social) dieta, often called dieta suave or “soft diet”—this type of dieta carries the same depth of commitment and intention as traditional isolated dietas, but are practiced within your everyday life. You do not need to be in the jungle or to drink ayahuasca for the plants to work with you.
This means you enter into that same sacred relationship with the plant, but from your own home, within your daily life. Instead of removing yourself from the world completely, you learn to hold the connection while moving through your life with intention, awareness, and discipline.
COMMITMENT
You will follow specific guidelines that support the opening of your body and energy field—this includes a clean, simplified diet, reduced stimulation, and a commitment to energetic integrity, including sexual abstinence. The focus becomes clear: your relationship is with the plant.
You will be connecting with the plant daily—through tea, prayer, meditation, and presence. It is this consistency that allows the relationship to deepen and the plant to begin working with you on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
While some dietas are traditionally opened or closed with Ayahuasca, this is not required. The connection to the plant is available through intention and relationship, and can be accessed wherever you are.
Remote dietas can be particularly challenging. Being in your everyday environment while doing this work often brings more to the surface, making guidance, structure, and support even more essential.Â
This work creates deep shifts—regulating the nervous system, clearing energy, and opening new levels of awareness and healing.
This is a sacred commitment. The depth of what you receive is directly connected to how you show up for the process.
Why a Held Container Matters
There are those who believe it is okay to diet on their own without being held by a maestro or maestra. While that path exists, it is not recommended.
The difference is profound—like a casual relationship versus a deeply initiated bond with a plant, cultivated through guidance, structure, intention, and lineage.
It is essential to be held by someone who has been initiated to guide dietas and carries a lineage.
You are not only supported through the process, you are stepping into a lineage of relationship with the plants.
You receive the benefit of their years of devotion, inner work, and direct experience, along with the initiations they have undergone with the plants themselves.
This becomes part of the foundation that supports your own path and relationship with the medicine.

Choosing Your Plant Ally
There are infinite plant allies, each carrying its own unique intelligence. The selections below are simply examples to give you a sense of what is possible. Whether its an Amazonian master plant or a more widely known ally such as Rose, Cacao or Sage.
You are responsible for sourcing your own plant material, and once your plant is chosen, you will receive clear guidance and trusted recommendations.
We can provide most Amazonian master plants for an additional fee and provided in precise quantities for the length of your dieta only. Availability is confirmed through your application, and these plants are not offered outside of this container.
All Amazonian plants are sourced directly from the Amazon during Shaundra’s time in the jungle, where she holds in-person dietas with her maestro. She is trained to hold master plant dietas for any plant you feel called to work with.

ShaundraÂ
Medicine Woman, ceremonial guide, shamanic educator, energy healer and musican, who has been walking the path of plant medicine and energy healing for over 16 years. She is the founder of Tribu Spirit and Tribu Church in Miami.
She is initiated in the sacred responsibility of holding Master Plant Dietas for others and has been in deep dietas with many plants over the past five years, with a primary relationship to Noya Rao the tree of light.Â
Her work is rooted in over 16 years of devoted study with the plants, both personally and in ceremonial contexts.
Shaundra is also a Somatic Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner. She walks this path with deep devotion, integrity, and reverence, guiding others into remembrance, healing, and a deeper connection to their true nature with the plants.
