The Path
This is a traditional master plant dieta, refined into a held and initiated remote container with direct support, guidance, and energetic tending.
A dieta is a sacred process of entering into a deeply committed relationship with a plant spirit as an ally in your life, one who is there to protect & guide you upon your path.
Dietas deepen the strength, power, and clarity of medicine carriers, practitioners, & healers supporting both their life and their work through direct relationship with their master plants.
It is a process of purification through abstaining from certain foods, and discipline through simplifying your environment and reducing distractions.
You spend intentional time in stillness, prayer, and meditation with the plant, creating space to receive its teachings and guidance.
Over 31 days, through consistency, presence, and devotion, a direct relationship begins to form, one that refines your energy, sharpens your awareness, creates alignment and supports your path over time.
Why a Held Container Matters
There are those who believe it is okay to diet on their own without being held by a maestro or maestra. While that path exists, it is not recommended.
The difference is profound—like a casual relationship versus a deeply initiated bond with a plant, cultivated through guidance, structure, intention, and lineage.
It is essential to be held by someone who has been initiated to guide dietas and carries a lineage.

Shaundra
Medicine Woman, ceremonial guide, shamanic educator, energy healer and musican, who has been walking the path of plant medicine and energy healing for over 16 years. She is the founder of Tribu Spirit and Tribu Church in Miami.
She is initiated in the sacred responsibility of holding Master Plant Dietas for others and has been in deep dieta with many plants over the past five years, with a primary relationship to Noya Rao. She received her Mapacho Dieta in the jungle of the Amazon with a Shipibo Maestro in 2016.
Her work is rooted in over 16 years of devoted study and direct experience with Ayahuasca, both personally and in ceremonial contexts.
Shaundra is also a Somatic Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner. She walks this path with deep devotion, integrity, and reverence, guiding others into remembrance, healing, and a deeper connection to their true nature with the plants.
